Very Thin and Poor Quality
This used to be a decent cream- thick enough, fresh taste, good quality for the price. When I used it today, it was thinner than my half and half. Since the viscosity was so different, I checked the ingredients and noticed 2 or 3 new ones on there. None of them sounded high quality or even safe for human consumption. Needless to say, I won’t be buying this again and don’t at all recommend it.

Ugh, why Target?! They changed the ingredients on this once great product. Now it’s watery and requires too much product (for use in coffee). So disappointed Target. I will never buy this again. Bring back REAL heavy cream.

Double check new ingredient before purchase
I am shocked to see this has changed the formula or added new ingredients. Before, it used to be that when it's thick and clump this means its 100% pure heavy cream. I prefer that way, that's because moving this cart a lot will likely end up in thick and clumpy. This is how real butter is made. When I had to wait for restocking after Valentine's day, I brought 2 of them, then I noticed it's very watery and saw the newly added ingredient with "carrageenan". I'm allergic to carrageenan, and it will give me a rash on my skin. Before, the original ingredient was simply "heavy cream" and nothing else. Now, it's added all that new stuff with "mono and diglycerides, cellulose, polysorbate 80, carrageenan" in this fake heavy cream. Im going back to an expensive different brand with real heavy cream.
