These were the worst grocery steaks I have ever bought. When taken out of the packaging they decompressed into these awful wedge cut steaks that were cut at an angle with the grain that made the first steak severely tough when cooked (even only though cooked to medium rare.) After one day open the second steak went bad and developed an old gamey flavor even though I had taken measures to wrap, seal, and refrigerate it appropriately. The fat-to-protein ratio was accurate for sirloin. The price was fair. But none of that mattered when I threw three fourths of this product away. I will never purchase this brand steak again.

Bad Meat
Target should be actively checking the meat and teach employees to be concerned when meat packaging is inflated. I did a drive up order and as soon as I saw how much air was trapped inside I knew the meat would be bad. Once pierced horrible smelling gas was released confirming the meat had gone bad. When I do an order for pick up I expect the products to be correct and safe. Do better please. Now we have to figure something different for dinner at 530 pm because of this.
