I have recently purchased banana fragrances and because I love the scent, I purchased this. It had plastic covering the spout, which I understand, but it was hard to get off. Then, it took a lot of work to get the pump to open. I almost thought it was defective. My husband tried many different ways and finally got it opened. This is a light weight lotion, if that's what you are looking for, and it smells more like an unripe banana to me. I wish it scanned better as far as chemicals. There are 2 moderate risk ingredients in here, which is pretty common, but I'd rather have it clean.

The product is Great! I was receiving PUVA light treatments and the Hempz Original lotion was the only product I found that relived the sensations of the light treatments.

I love this lotion and I’ve been using it since I was in high school, but the new packaging is so horrendous it makes me not want to even buy it. It looks like something I’d get at the dollar store!! Please hempz keep the old packaging!!!

Way overpriced. The moisturizer equates to the Vaseline lotion, if not less. The scent is lovely but not worth the cost. I recommend all other brands (EOS, Jergens, etc) before spending anything on this. Sorry, Hempz. I don’t have a softer way to put it.

I find this the perfect lotion. It makes my skin soft and I really like the smell. I can use it in the summer and it doesn’t feel heavy. Goes on smoothly. My husband will also use it.

I bought this for my boyfriend. His feet are softer than ever. I rub it on his feet and put socks on over it. Leaves a great softness and smell.

I have tried many different moisturizers over the years and this one tops all of them. Does not leave a greasy or sticky feel to the skin. Doesn't clog the skin pores. Very easy to apply. Very smooth and does not need a lot of rubbing to get it to absorb into the skin. It is truly an amazing product. And, it even smells good!

It has healed many dry spots & sores on my arms and now they feel so soft. I don't think I will use any other lotion again.

I love this stuff been using your lotion for years but why does every time you get to the last 5 oz the pump no longer works? like its too short. This is every one I have ever bought and its not cheap. Then you open up the top and now its hard to get out and messy. I end up throwing away the bottom 6oz such a waste.Please fix this and you will get 5 stars.

Somehow this lotion is the only thing that keeps away no-see-ums - so glad I found it! Smells lovely too.

I have used Hempz triple moisturizer with no issues, but this product has a chemical that gave me a rash across my body, it was painful and took a week to start healing. I tested it after on my wrist to make sure it was a true allergy, and the same thing happened. Here is what I learned comparing Hempz Original (Product one) to Hempz Triple Moisturizer (Product two) Summary: The biggest potential allergens in Product One come from its fragrance components (Benzyl Cinnamate, Citronellol, Eugenol, Methyl 2-Octynoate). Some preservatives (Chlorphenesin, Ethylhexylglycerin, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate) can also cause irritation in sensitive individuals. Synthetic dyes (Yellow 5, Red 4) are known allergens for some people. Some botanical extracts (Chamomile, Aloe, Ginger, Ginseng) are soothing for most, but a few people may experience irritation. Emulsifiers like PEG-100 Stearate and Sorbitan Stearate could be minor irritants, especially for acne-prone skin.

The Absolute best lotion !! Used this for years , my skin always feels and looks good !! The fragrance is soft and fresh, I always get compliments!!

THIS PRODUCT SMELLS SO BAD IT’S HSRD TO ACTUALLY RUB IT ON YOUR SKIN!

Every “flavor” is Stank, gives a headache and is horrendous for your skin due to all the added glycols, “plant based” isn’t what it used to be. Steer clear of their entire line until they wake up about that nasty glycol business (not to be confused with glycolic acid-in small doses)

The biggest asset to this lotion is the gentle smell it has. I receive so many compliments when I either hug or get close to a person after using this product. They love the smell! Since i dislike perfume, it is just enough. It is, of course, a very good lotion too!
