  • A: I had the same problem!! As a last resort, I took the whole pump off, washed/dried it off and held on to the piece that stays in the bottle so the top Wouldn't turn. It eventually worked.

Q: To the maker: are you going to correct the issue with the pumps any time soon? About half the bottles I buy have pumps that don’t work, and I shouldn’t have to swap out the pump every time. This is clearly a reoccurring problem that needs to be fixed.

    Coconut scent comes through

    This is a great travel size. And I like the Native brand of Body Wash. I have the full size, Vanilla Coconut, at home. The scent is nice and not overwhelming. The travel size (same scent) is stronger on the coconut for some reason. Didn’t make me dislike it, but was surprised at the inconsistency.

    The bottle was broken and the soap leaked out into the bag atleast 1/2 of the bottle was in the bag all over the other items it was a total mess no way I could bring it back to the store or salvage it to use it I also threw out a box of saltine crackers

    Scent is excellent!

    Since I like the coconut scent, I have used this bodywash for quite some time, while still experimenting with other scents. This particular scent smells great, as does the shampoo, but I do not like that the shampoo seems to only be available in the "moisturizing" line.

    I have been using this soap for years and with my most recent purchase I didn’t realize they changed the formula. They added glycerin and the scent is way off. My skin hates whatever they did, so thanks a lot Native, now I have to find a new brand of body wash…
