  • A: I had to hold the small ring at the base of the pump really tight and then turn the pump the opposite direction. It finally opening when holding it tight in this spot.

  • A: I had the same problem!! As a last resort, I took the whole pump off, washed/dried it off and held on to the piece that stays in the bottle so the top Wouldn't turn. It eventually worked.

    Smells different

    My go-to conditioner has gone a little perfumy. Formula change? All I know is it always smelled uniquely of coconut and vanilla and now it smells like there's a dash of perfume mixed in.

My hair deranges very easily, there isn’t any residue and my frizz is not as obnoxious as it’d normally be. Also my hair doesn’t feel weighed down. I definitely recommend trying it out for yourself though since everyone has different hair types

I also like that it’s made with simple ingredients and is aluminum-free. Even on busy days, it provides great odor protection.     My Go-To Body Wash for Years

It lathers really well and leaves my skin feeling soft without that stripped or dry feeling some body washes can leave behind. The scent also lingers just enough that I can still smell it on my skin after my shower. I've tried other body washes over the years, but this one has remained a staple in my shower. It's reliable, smells incredible, and makes me feel fresh all day. If you're a fan of warm, sweet scents, I definitely think this one is worth trying. It's easily one of my favourite body washes and a product I continue to repurchase.

    Okay for thin hair

It does clean your body and the fragrance is nice but it does not stay on my skin like I would like. It also doesn't lather up as much as I would like. My skin felt clean but it did not feel very moisturized. This wash does the job but it's a bit over-hyped.

I apply the conditioner after washing my hair with the Native Coconut & Vanilla Shampoo For the best results. I love the rich, thick consistency of the conditioner is super creamy & applies evenly it coats every strand hydrating, repairing & It rinses clean with no residue! My dry hair LOVES the added moisture & shine! These bottles are huge so you get a lot for a very affordable price! These will last you a while! I noticed a difference when my hair air dries, there’s less frizz & it dries faster/more evenly. After styling, my hair looks SO healthy & shiny. My scalp is fresh & clean, my hair healthier & stronger, looking so good! It looks as good as it feels! I’m such a big Fan of Native since using their products. I highly recommend!

A little can go a long way. I do prefer the moisturizing formula, a pump dispenser, and some other scents I’ve tried from Native more but this particular scent and formula are still enjoyable but won’t be a rebuy for me.
