  • A: I had to hold the small ring at the base of the pump really tight and then turn the pump the opposite direction. It finally opening when holding it tight in this spot.

  • A: I had the same problem!! As a last resort, I took the whole pump off, washed/dried it off and held on to the piece that stays in the bottle so the top Wouldn't turn. It eventually worked.

    Smells nice

    Smells amazing and doesn’t weigh my hair down

    Did the opposite of moisturize

The conditioner didn’t moisturize at all, it actually felt like the more I put on the more it sucked the moisture right out. My hair felt dry and stringy after applying the conditioner. I love that the ingredients are clean, but too bad it doesn’t work.
