submitted byPump - 1 year agoA: I had the same problem!! As a last resort, I took the whole pump off, washed/dried it off and held on to the piece that stays in the bottle so the top Wouldn't turn. It eventually worked.

The coconut and vanilla scent is warm, light, and pleasant without being overpowering. It lathers well and leaves my skin feeling clean and fairly moisturized. This also dis not leave a film on the bottom of the shower. The shape of the bottle makes it easy to grab in the shower and allows the product to sit nicely on the shower ledge. It actually stays on your skin for a bit after the shower, which I love, but it’s still subtle and not overwhelming. What surprised me is how good my skin feels after using it. My skin doesn’t feel dry or tight at all, even without lotion right away. It feels soft, smooth, and comfortable, like it’s already moisturized. Secondly, it creates a considerable lather once you begin bathing. My skin certainly feels soft and subtle after. No notes of residue and leaves me feeling clean. The scent, however, doesn't last much after you've bathed, but that's not a deal breaker since it's paired with perfume. All in all, not too shabby for cleaner ingredient body wash.

I was hoping for better

The scent is beautiful but not as strong as I had hoped it would be. This isn’t a body wash I could see myself using alone to cleanse, rather one I would use after a different one to double cleanse my skin and use more for the scent than anything. Though it isn’t strong, it does cling onto your skin and creates an aroma around you.
