A: Same won’t be buying this even again pump is not easy to work

A: I had the SAME problem. I accidentally stumbled upon the fix. The pump spout would just spin. But then I "tightened" the whole pump assembly down really tight to the bottle and tried again. Yahoo!

A: I had the same problem!! As a last resort, I took the whole pump off, washed/dried it off and held on to the piece that stays in the bottle so the top Wouldn't turn. It eventually worked.

A: I had to hold the small ring at the base of the pump really tight and then turn the pump the opposite direction. It finally opening when holding it tight in this spot.

To add to that, at this time we are not certified non-comedogenic but we hope to be in the near future.
