  • A: I had to hold the small ring at the base of the pump really tight and then turn the pump the opposite direction. It finally opening when holding it tight in this spot.

  • A: I had the same problem!! As a last resort, I took the whole pump off, washed/dried it off and held on to the piece that stays in the bottle so the top Wouldn't turn. It eventually worked.

    I like it.

    My New Favorite

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It sadly has a bit too much vanilla but is otherwise fantastic smells very beachy and does a great job at conditioning your hair without being doing too much. My hair tends to get overly soft with most conditioner but with this one it doesn't and as with most Native products all the ingredients and explanations are on the back of the container which I enjoy seeing.

    Smells like Summer
