  • A: I had to hold the small ring at the base of the pump really tight and then turn the pump the opposite direction. It finally opening when holding it tight in this spot.

  • A: I had the same problem!! As a last resort, I took the whole pump off, washed/dried it off and held on to the piece that stays in the bottle so the top Wouldn't turn. It eventually worked.

    Moisturizing and soft hair!

    Native conditioner

This conditioner leaves a very oily residue that feels hard to wash out. To the point that it leaves my shower slick. I would recommend to someone who has more course or dry hair. It may just not work for my hair type.

    Makes my hair softer, with less frizz

Since using this the past week I have noticed more shine in my hair, with less frizz, my hair feels softer and easier to brush. You don’t have to use a lot I only use a little on my ends, it’s easy to use rinse out.
