[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this coconut and vanilla deodorant because it's very easy to apply; it's a solid, smooth stick that you apply in 2 to 3 strokes on your clean, dry skin. It doesn't leave any white It leaves a white residue on clothing and is easy to carry. It provides up to 72 hours of odor protection. It controls odors by neutralizing odor-causing bacteria. It does not contain aluminum, so it does not reduce perspiration and keeps you feeling fresh. It also has a solid, creamy texture and is neither greasy nor sticky. The coconut and vanilla deodorant feels dry and absorbs quickly. I like it because it has coconut oil, magnesium hydroxide, and shea butter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This deodorant smells so good! It seriously makes me feel so good when I put it on because it smells more like nice perfume than deodorant. My only complaint is it does not help with sweating, so this tends to be the deodorant I use after evening showers and use an antiperspirant for daytime.

I really wish it did because I love the brand and smells and it being a better option. It just doesn't work for me. If I wanted to make this work for me I'd need to reapply every hour.

Never again
Purchased the solid deodorant several times before I realized it was ruining my husbands shirts. He has never had an issue with body odor, and the odor that was in his shirts was not caused by perspiration. It was caused by the deodorant just a funky, sickeningly, sweet smell that would not not wash out. I soak them in hydrogen peroxide. I tried soaking them in vinegar. I even washed them in dish soap and could not get the smell out. I ended up having to throw the shirts away and they were new shirts. Made me absolutely sick. If there was a zero star rating, that’s what I would’ve left.

They have a variety of scents to choose from - the coconut and vanilla is in my top 3. It does not smell gross after it’s been applied for a while and actually works. No sticky mess or build up and it absorbs nicely under your arm. No irritation and that’s coming from a person with super sensitive skin. Overall, I’m so happy with Native’s deodorant and definitely suggest trying it for yourself.

The texture is very creamy it glides on easily and doesn't leave behind that sticky feeling. Plus knowing that it's aluminum free gives me great peace of mind. Highly recommended!

Formula change?

I am a huge Native fan, and I believe I've tried this in the past. But this one left me stinky! I dont know if they changed their formula but I smelt so bad. First off, the size is bigger, so actually lasts. I tested it in Florida heat and humidity, and it held up very well- kept me feeling fresh without needing to constantly reapply. I also love the ingredients list- simple, clean, and aluminum-free, which is important to me.
