We do ask that if you have not already done so, please discontinue from using the product. Also, it may help to know that the product being hard to rinse is possibly due to an overuse of the product. For a better experience, we recommend using less deodorant than you normally would, we recommend 2 to 3 swipes for each underarm. You can also remove the product by using a soap or body wash without any added moisturizers like Ivory Bar Soap.
