  • A: Matt, I just bought Native shampoo and they have not improved to design to make lifting the pump easier. Seems they've known these issues for over a year at least, probably more. I won't buy again.

Q: I also can not get the pump open. Which direction are you supposed to turn it? I've tried both.

In order to get your body wash opened we suggest holding onto the middle component of your body wash and then twisting the dispenser part of the pump turning in a circular motion. After twisting a few times, the pump should pop up and open. We hope this helps and should you need more tips or help, we also have a video featured on tik tok on how to do this.

Q: Does it smell the same as the Native 2 in 1 shampoo + conditioner? I'm hoping for a cleaner scent and not as strong? The 2 in 1 has a strong scent/feel to the skin.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Native Eucalyptus and Mint body wash for a few weeks now and it is honestly one of my favorites for the morning. The scent is super refreshing because it is like a mix of a spa and a candy cane and it really helps me wake up when I am still tired. I was worried it would not be bubbly enough because it is a natural soap but it actually lathers up really well and leaves my skin feeling clean without that weird tight dry feeling I get from other brands. It rinses off perfectly and does not leave any slimy film behind so I just feel fresh and smell great for a while after the shower. It is a bit more expensive than the cheap stuff but since it does not have all the harsh chemicals I think it is totally worth it.
