A: Matt, I just bought Native shampoo and they have not improved to design to make lifting the pump easier. Seems they've known these issues for over a year at least, probably more. I won't buy again.

A: Hi there, Thanks for reaching out and we're so sorry that you're having trouble. In order to get your body wash opened we suggest holding onto the middle component of your body wash and then twisting the dispenser part of the pump turning in a circular motion. After twisting a few times, the pump should pop up and open. We hope this helps and should you need more tips or help, we also have a video featured on tik tok on how to do this.

Q: Does it smell the same as the Native 2 in 1 shampoo + conditioner? I'm hoping for a cleaner scent and not as strong? The 2 in 1 has a strong scent/feel to the skin.

The odor was too strong for me, my stepdad he said it was good for him and he had a minty scent that he liked. I use it and I like how it cleanses your body, but the smell is not for me. I would definitely buy this body wash with another scent. I do recommend because it cleansed my skin very well.
