Tumbling composter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this dual bin composter. It has a separated bin, one side for adding and one side for curing. I love that I can start adding new material to one side without having to restart the wait time for the compost that was already started. Nice smooth tumbling feature for easy compost tossing. I'll update pics when I have it in my actual garden (it's been raining a lot here) to replace my old composter.

Once assembled , very easy to Use Composter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This composter did take my husband some time to assemble. Once assembled it is very sturdy. Sliding door makes it easy to toss produce scraps in. It is also simple to turn and the wheels and handle make it very easy to move around.

Great addition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great addition to our outdoor area! Setup was a million pieces but mostly easy. The hardest part was getting the end caps on the wheels and the large screws. Had to call in extra help for that one. Aside from that, it is very sturdy and durable and easy to move around. The double chambers are a wonderful idea and the instructions included give some helpful tips if you are new to composting.

Perfect for the small backyard gardener!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am gleefully excited to have this hot frog dual chamber rotating compost bin! I have wanted one forever! It’s great because it helps you easily rotate you kitchen wastes so it becomes compost for gardening in no time! So much easier then the old bin we had to sift through and turn, which means it basically never happened. So excited with how easy this is to use and empty! My review was incentivized but my opinions are my own.

Poor assembly instructions

I think it will work fine as a compost bin, but the assembly instructions are not good. Part of them come on paper with the product and part are online (the part on paper is not also online). One set of pieces was not mentioned anywhere in the instructions, so once I found them I had to take something apart to put them in. The caps of the axles are very, very hard to get on and could not be done with a mallet as instructed. We used a giant clamp which I I’m sure most people don’t have and the cap did not go on straight. There was also a bag of 56 small screws and bolts for assembling the panels but I got to the end and discovered that one of the screws was a different size and didn’t fit the nut.
