    Bad Buy

    I figured buying this pool would save me money since I already have a pump and all the hoses. None of my accessories fit. The pools intakes and return hoses are 1.5. I had trouble finding the right plungers, etc. Bestway customer service was of no help. I stayed on the phone with them for about 20 minutes just to be told they don't carry the items I needed. They don't carry items that are crucial for their pool to work? Wow. This pool has costed me a lot more than had I bought a pool with all the accessories. Lesson learned. The manual is wrong for the pool I received. They haven't updated it. The frame has push button fasteners. This is a one-season pool. I don't foresee it lasting.

    Junk pool. Save your money

    This is absolutely a junkie rickety pool. We bought ours last year and it lasted one season. We swam in it less than eight times. We have multiple leaks around the seams. I'm so disgusted.

    Don't buy

    This item is just the pool, despite the detailed title and description that specifically says it comes with "everything you need", i.e. pump, ladder, cover. Target cannot help as it's sold by a third party seller. I was advised that the TPS would be in contact but never heard back. I did receive a package of additional pool legs randomly a few days later, presumably from Target, but definitely was not needed, as it came with legs and the liner, but nothing else. Pool was not useable, I would have needed to purchase separately the pump, ladder, hoses, clips, pieces that connect inside the pool to the pump, cover. Returned and purchased elsewhere from the actual store, not a TPS that included everything for not much more cost.

    Didn't send all the items they were supposed to

    I ordered the Steel Pro MAX that was supposed to come with a ladder, pool pump, and cover. They changed my order to only the pool and took the other option off the website. The pool came and we were missing pieces and none of the extras were included. Even though I had a screenshot of what I was SUPPOSED to get, target claimed there was nothing they could do. We had to repackage everything and take it back to the store for a refund. And then had to order from someplace different and it cost me almost double to get everything I should’ve had in the first place. Terrible customer service. I’m very disappointed.

    Flimflam

    When we looked at the description it clearly stated that it included a filer, ladder, and a cover. No so upon receipt, just the pool. Looked at the description online and the supplier changed it to "pool only" now. Spoke with Target customer service and what do you know, they can't make the supplier live up to their own description of the product. But hey I can return and I got $50 added to my online account. It just doesnt sit right. It's the principle. What about someone actually standing behind what they sell? This was my first purchase with Target.com and It will be my absolute last. Spineless.
