Freshpet Select Grain Free Small Dog Multi-Protein with Seafood and Sweet Potato Recipe Refrigerated Fresh Dog Food - 1lb

my dog prefers this one way more and not the bagged refrigerated small bites of the same brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The food comes in a roll. I think my fur baby was liking it. I think the texture is very different from food that comes in a try or dry food for sure. I will continue to feed it to by fur baby.

This is a delicious chicken recipe with sweet potato to help pets with sensitive tummies. I personally really like the texture of this for my dog. It’s easy to break up and it’s more of a paté style treat: as seen by the video, our lab scarfed it down quick. The packaging is perfect to throw the product in the freezer to keep it fresh longer. We put it in the freezer for a few months before using it and the meat still appeared just as fresh as day one with zero freezer burn. It’s also so easy to bring in a bag if you are going on a trip. This particular container is a good shape that fits in any fridge or freezer with ease. My pup has had zero tummy issues with this and she loves the Freshpet line more and more every time she has it!

The item is great but target sells them spoiled or expiring and therefore not safe to be eaten!!!!

It was easy to store in the fridge and since it’s not a larger stick, it was gone in a couple of days. His pup already has a smooth coat but I guess it helped its coat since it was sensitive and good for skin. His dog eats and plays and is around kids so I don’t think he gets very bored.

love it great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Freshpet small dog multi-protein recipe with sweet potatoes was a hit with my 14 yo Yorkie. The refrigerated food comes packed in a sausage-type plastic roll. This is some of the more appetizing dog food I’ve seen & smelled. It has visible bits of cranberry & spinach & is void of that sickening dog food smell. The food is easy to portion due to the serving size markings on the packaging. My only critique is the packaging; I would like to see it in some of reusable & resealable tube. I’ll definitely continue to purchase; I don’t think my pup would be too happy with me otherwise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My pets loved this food, it made mealtime more intense because they wanted to eat so fast. I wouldn't say it gave them energy, because I already have very active dogs. The packaging was great, I wish it was resealable but nonetheless i was able to put it in another container to save for later feedings. This roll was a great portion I was able to feed my dogs off this food for 3 days, mixing with their usual kibble. Not sure what to speak on in regards to durability but the packaging was durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 13-year-old Morkie, Princess, is incredibly picky with her food. I mixed this with her dry kibble, and I was pleasantly surprised to see her gobbling it up. She absolutely loved it! The food is well packaged. The ingredients are a healthy mix. I’m so relieved to finally find something that excites her at mealtime. Highly recommended for picky senior pups.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] FreshPet small dog food with sweet potato can be a better option for dogs that have trouble eating dry food, such as my dogs that are missing teeth due to their age and prefer soft food. Good alternative if your dog is picky, although I must say that it makes the process of mealtime longer due to prep time as opposed to just serving straight from a container/can.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well my dogs loved it and that's really what matters most right? I don't like the packaging though, it's very hard to get out and portion right. I just went by how much my dogs normally eat. They cleaned their plates! I haven't noticed any problems with the switch so hopefully the dogs stay happy. I would've given more stars, but the packaging really was terrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been feeding my dog the Freshpet Small Dog Multi-Protein Recipe with Sweet Potatoes, and overall it’s been a really good choice. The texture is soft and easy for small dogs to chew, and you can actually see the different ingredients, which makes it feel more like real food and less like processed kibble. One thing I immediately noticed was an improvement in my dog’s stool — firmer, more consistent, and no stomach issues, which is a huge plus. She also seems to have a bit more energy throughout the day, especially during walks. As for value, it is pricier than regular dry food, but the quality feels worth it, especially if you’re looking for something fresher and less processed. The only downside is the shelf-life — since it’s fresh, it doesn’t last long once opened, so you have to use it pretty quickly or risk it going bad. Overall, it’s a solid product that my dog enjoys and benefits from. A little expensive and short shelf-life, but great quality and noticeable results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As you can see from the video, my girls loved it! My little dog, Zoe is very picky and finding a good dog food that she actually enjoys is SO difficult! She absolutely loved the sweet potatoes that are in this food - which is so nice because of the nutrients in the sweet potatoes! The packaging makes it easy to slice the dog food into even portions - you can tell the food is high quality which gives me a peace of mind as I only want to give my girls the best food possible! I think the price point is definitely fair for as many meals you can get out of this - I prefer to break up the food and serve it with some kibble so my girls get a little crunch for their teeth! This caused no digestive issues in my girls, which has been a reoccurring theme with other brands so I was happy about that :) If you have a small (or medium) sized dog I definitely recommend this if they’re picky eaters!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you to influenster for giving me the incentive to try this product. My friends dog loveddddd it. I broke up the one piece into a few meals so definitely a great value. The texture was easy to break up. No weird odor or scent. The packaging was airtight. Clean ingredients. Highly reccomend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog loves it! He is waiting for his dinner every evening! High quality products and smell delicious! Making me want to try it too! My dog is happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dogs couldn't get enough of it!! It smells great, has great ingredients, and they literally could not get enough! I do feel like it's a bit pricey for how small it is. However, because they loved it so much I would probably buy it again as a treat for them!

My 16 year old Peekapoo is OBSESSED with this food. He gets so excited for breakfast/dinner & he’s a very picky dog! It never upset his tummy when we transitioned to it & I am happy with the ingredients!
