We love sprinkling about 1/2 teaspoon of this cinnamon over our coffee grounds, so as it brews we get the perfect hint of cinnamon flavored coffee. I also sprinkle cinnamon over my latte, or over the whipped cream on my coffee. Cinnamon is a tasty metabolism booster. (We also love our DeLonghi Coffee/Espresso maker we bought from Target!)

It's what you'd expect from cinnamon!
I love baking and drinking chai with cinnamon so my friend recommended this one, and it works great! I'm no expert, but I do use cinnamon a lot and I don't think it tastes weird at all — just tastes like cinnamon!
