Directions

Pizza needs to be fully cooked. Keep frozen until ready to prepare.

Oven
1. Preheat oven to 450F. Remove pizza from all packaging.
2. Place pizza directly on center oven rack.
3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until pizza is hot throughout and crust is golden brown. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before cutting.

For food safety, bake to 165F throughout. Oven temperatures may vary; adjust accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.

    Good tasting, gluten free value pizza. Size is more than enough for one person, or two servings. Chewy and even a little crispy if you know your oven temp. and what rack to use for frozen pizza. Add a few of your own toppings and you’ve got a great pizza!

    I am SHOOKETH!

    I’m a regular consumer of cauliflower crust pizzas. I usually get Caulipower, but miss the fluffy crust of flour crusts. I didn’t have high hopes for this from the reviews but it is FANTASTIC!! I suggest cooking it on the lowest possible rack setting in your oven, so the bottom crisps. I add a bit more cheese (I like a lot) and find it benefits from a little salt and garlic powder, but even as-is, it’s really good. I wish they sold multi-packs and will definitely be stocking up the next time it goes on sale, but even at full price, it’s amazing. Given how good the crust is, I expected the amount of cauliflower to be puny but it’s the first one! (That means (weightwise at least), there is more cauliflower than any other ingredient, if you aren’t a label-reader.)

    This was one of our least favorite gluten-free pizzas. The pizza broke apart as I was placing it on the oven rack. It also cooked much faster than the instructed cook time. It ended up being overly cooked around the edges, yet chewy in some spots. It did have a decent taste. The pizza is more of an individual sized pizza, so not enough for my husband and me. Our two toddlers shared the second pizza. If it is on sale, it will do the job, otherwise we would not recommend.
