The best Dr Pepper choice there is. Which is sold out 99% of the time at every store. I give the product a 10/10 but stores a 1/10, for recognizing product supply and demand and not restocking the one item flying off the shelves!!!

I absolutely love the dr pepper cream soda. I'm sad that I'm having trouble finding it in the bottles anymore. I'm hoping it isn't being discontinued. :(

My second top favorite cream soda. Sorry but I grew up having Vess and Fitz's and my palate compares all other cream soda's to them. This soda however tells rootbeer to step aside as being the best drink overall for an ice cream float, even compared to other cream soda's, and to other rootbeers.
