It totally whips, very versatile
I love these egg whites. The container says they “will not whip” due to the pasteurization process- but I’ve had plenty of success whipping these! In the past month, I used this to make royal icing, baked Alaska, and two meringue bases for different desserts. I’m assuming the statement is on there because they have the potential to not whip, but I personally thought it was worth the gamble to be able to use pasteurized egg whites in my royal icing and was not disappointed! Highly recommend.

Just geat real eggs at this point
This is more of a knock off of the egg beaters brand and not true egg whites. When you read the ingredients you find a lot of additives that don’t need to be there. They are trying to mimic regular eggs here and it just comes across as fake and overall not a good product.

Very rubbery and lower quality than other generic/store brands
I frequently buy store brand/generic liquid egg whites made by Publix and Trader Joe's. I always love Egg Beaters brand liquid egg whites. I consider all of those to be equally great. Tried these Good & Gather liquid egg whites for the first time and the lower quality is dramatic. They are so rubbery and the texture is very strange after cooked. The outside is almost aerated in texture, and the inside is very rubbery. These just aren't as good as other store brands that I love.

There is never enough of this at the store and today i ordered two because the app showed in stock yet the shopper forgot them.
I wish the store would have them in stock regularly.

Defective packaging
Please Target, fix the defective packaging! It’s not secure. When you shake the carton prior to use, egg whites leak out through the corners and around the cap. It would be a five-star product if not for this issue. Unfortunately, I’ve bought several of these and they’ve all had the same problem, so it’s not just a bad carton.

Haven't ate it yet but it's usually very good
I like these eggs very much however whoever bagged my food put this carton of eggs on my real eggs! Could have cracked my eggs. Very unprofessional.

Please bring these back!
Love that you can whip them. Most brands are heated during pasteurization and therefore can't be used for meringues, or in fluffy cakes.

Excellent Product!!
With the crazy price of eggs lately I was looking for a way to not only stretch my whole eggs out, but added a healthier twist my morning egg dishes and baking. There wasn’t the usual odd smell or taste of egg whites in cartons either. No one can tell the difference :)

There's better
I use these in homemade matcha lattes for extra protein & it's fine, but I found out that Egg Beaters whites have WAY more nutrients, they also have a slight yellow tint to them despite being fat free, so these Target brand ones must be really low quality. They're almost the same price & these are the only egg whites Target carries

Taste like cardboard
No amount of seasoning gets rid of the cardboard taste. Other egg whites in cartons don’t taste like that just this one

Good, but price increase often
Another price increase by 60 cents March 2024. Last 60 cent increase was in 2023. To Aldis I go where they're 3.99. Egg whites are great to add to 1 egg. Low fat and add to your protein count. May we all survive this expensive world. 🙏♥️
