They’re a good source of vitamin C and have no added preservatives. Enjoy with herbs and butter for a mouthwatering side dish.DirectionsNeeds to be fully cooked. Keep frozen until ready to prepare.For food safety, cook to 165°F until hot throughout. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.MicrowaveDo not puncture or open before microwaving.1. Place unopened bag THIS SIDE UP in microwave oven. Evenly distribute vegetables inside. 2. Microwave on HIGH for 4 1/2 minutes or until hot.**3. Let stand 1 minute. Bag will be hot; lift from corners. Open carefully. **Directions developed for 1100 watt microwave ovens. Cooking in ovens of lower watts will require additional time.Stovetop1. Combine vegetables and 1/4 cup water in medium saucepan.2. Cover and cook over MEDIUM heat for 10 minutes or until hot, stirring frequently.3. Drain. Season to taste.

The package says “whole green beans.” I found that half of the bag was pieces, not whole beans. That was fine for my needs (smashing them to make baby food), but if I needed them to be whole, I would have been very annoyed. It wouldn’t be a problem if the bag didn’t say whole beans.
