Q: what is a good recommended surface? if kids are running in the grass will it get muddy? if it's on cement will it be slippery? I bought one to try out, maybe I can answer these questions for someone else

A: FOAMO is recommended to be used in the grass.

Amazing! Worth every penny!
Thank you for creating a product that kids lose their marbles over!! I obtained this product for my daughter's birthday party this past weekend and to say it was a hit would be a HUGE understatement! These kids SCREAMED with excitement! So so so worth it! 10/10 would recommend!

We bought it for a preschool end of year fundraiser, thinking it would create two hours of foam. To our disappointment (and many tears from little friends) the supplies in the kit only lasted 15minutes.

Foam refills sold out everywhere
The kids love the foam machine. Each refill gets about 20 minutes of foam. The major problem is that you can't buy the foamo refills anywhere. Very disappointing.

Foam abundance
It really does make a huge pile of foam the kids loved! But it did burn their eyes, so we put swim goggles on the kids. The foam did burn the St. Augustine grass also but it will come back. The kids had a blast.

Worked for 15 minutes then wouldn't power back on again and kept tripping.
We loved this for the time we were able to use it. My kids 7 and 4 yo twins loved it but it eventually tripped. After using it for about 15 minutes it tripped and after moving it to various outlets with nothing else plugged into them it still wouldn't turn on.

Fun but use caution
This was set up for the neighborhood kids to play with at a birthday party. They had fun, but all of them had a hard time breathing and most of the kids ended up in coughing fits and one of them threw up. Now, a day later, my son has a full body rash.

The machine worked great but only 15 min of foam
Easy to set up, awesome foam, we mixed the foam as indicated 1:5 ratio. It only lasted 15 min. Very disappointed as it says it lasts 2 hours.

The length of time the foam lasts does depend on the wind in your area.

WARNING
We had a Foam party for the children and all the kids we’re drowning on the foam and chocking and gagging and trouble breathing. It is NOT SAFE. It was scary.

Not worth it
We tried this for the first time and you must need ZERO wind for this to work. The bubbles just blew away and an entire $20 container of solution only lasted 10 minutes. Way too pricey for what you get. Set up and storage is also going to be a pain.

Awesome foam maker
We all love it. It comes with a good quality foam liquid. It made a pretty tall mountain where the kids where able to make tunnels. The price is too high lucky Target does price comparison so it was less which turn to a reasonable price.
