I’ve bought this controller in many colors, but black is by far my favorite. The material is sleek and the lights on the front are even more vibrant than on other controllers. Love that it’s the more affordable option!

Looks cool when you put the flash on it but overall it’s great.

So Pretty and great quality. playing Sonic Crossworlds with it and so far it's been very responsive, no stick drift.

This was a no… It is partially my fault for not researching this prior, and assuming it would be similar to other (major gaming) handhelds. But it is NOT. This is a $200 device for essentially allowing someone else to watch TV while someone is playing on the PS. You have to have the PlayStation on & running, and the hand held & console have to be on same WiFi in the house. You CANNOT take this & play elsewhere (friends house, car rides, etc.) without subscribing to the premium plus membership (which adds about another $170/ yr). You cannot even play games you already own (digital or physical) unless your in the home with the console on. We’re not interested in spending $370, and than $170 every year, just so our family can play games on a hand held. We returned it. Also the image quality was poor.

Not so much the controller but whoever delivered it placed it beside my car and not on my porch twenty feet away so the box was ran over by my brother who apparently has no eyes the controller was fine but I believe delivery drivers should take more precautions

I bought this 3 months ago and it’s not charging anymore.

I bought it at the end of August and in December the joystick moves on it's own. Unfortunately they won't do anything in store even with the extra 2 year warranty. You're better off buying anywhere else that let's you exchange it

I believe this was previously used as the controller is not working properly.

This controller feels premium the second you pick it up. The Chroma Pearl finish looks even better in person and doesn’t feel gimmicky or cheap. Super responsive, comfortable for long gaming sessions, and the haptic feedback is next-level immersive. Battery life has been solid so far and pairing was seamless. If you’re already on PS5, this is an easy upgrade or backup controller. Zero regrets.

I placed my order on December 11th 2025, when the item was on sale and I also had a $10 discount which was a $30 savings in total, I had the option to pick up from my store in 2 hours, delivery from my store the same day or have it delivered by December 16th, it is a Christmas gift so I said I'll just have it delivered the 16th being its not urgent, we'll here we are December 23rd and I still have yet to receive my order and guess what, that item is out of stock at my target and its no longer on sale, so now what am I supposed to do target, your tracking option says the package is delayed and UPS hasn't received yet.
