Frida Mom Postpartum Abdominal Support Binder

It does okay and generally works. My main issue is how it rides up and/or starts to move after several uses. Not ideal for all day wear during postpartum.

Worst band ever!! Rolls up weather you are walking, sitting down or laying down. Wish i could get my money back but I threw out the box only have the receipt.

Really helped me move around and sit up/roll over. Won’t cure the lack of abdominal muscles but it definitely helped me get through the day better. It has a good size range too, I’m 200 pounds post partum and it fit me great

I would give zero stars if I could, I just returned mine it was more frustrating than helpful. Constantly rolls up or bunches up anytime I would move. The binder from the hospital was better than this junk.

Way too big. The velcro should extend all the way around for a more customizable fit. It also should only have 2 straps, unless all three are exactly straight across, it’s super frustrating to get them all lined up and fitting onto the band.

I like Frida Mom however it seems like they can slap their name on products and people are to believe it’s the best. Yes a lot of their products are great. This binder however isn’t the best. When compared to others I think there are less popular brands that do a better job. I needed something as I was struggling a couple days are my c section. I grabbed this in a rush. After getting home and putting it on, the back rolls/folds over, this was after wearing for a few minutes. I continued to wear it to give it the benefit of the doubt and see if it could relieve some discomfort and pain. This is a design flaw with it rolling. I immediately began searching for a new one. Reading different articles and searching social media sites for different thoughts etc. I found one on Amazon for roughly the same price (under $30) but it had over 20k reviews. I purchased it and will try it out. I have stopped wearing the Frida mom binder and will be returning it if the design of the other one fails to meet expectations but I don’t think it will as it’s a completely different design and looks to give better support.

The materials are definitely the quality I expect from Frida Mom. The compression is great while still being very comfortable thanks to the soft materials. However, the 3 straps are just too much. I also noticed in the few minutes of wearing that it rolled up quickly—I wore it lower since I had a c-section. During my few minutes of wearing, I went to the bathroom and with the multiple straps, this is annoying to put on and takes time to get it in the perfect spot. Lastly, I wear an XL (14/16) and while this fit, there wasn’t much room. Definitely not ideal for a postpartum mid section and not size inclusive (nor are other sizes available) which is a disappointment! I’ll be returning and going back to the binder I received from the hospital.

The concept of this is great but it just didn’t work well for me. It’s very bulky and pulls way too tight. There are not enough size options and I feel many women postpartum will find this is too small for them with the swelling so if you actually get it on it’s going to be uncomfortable. Nothing will move when it’s in place but that’s because you won’t be able to move either! It did take some of the pressure off in the first few postpartum days but if I wanted to sit down or bend over it was just annoying. Not worth the money.

Not bad material but has weird smell. This is one size fits all. I am tall and therefore long torso. Not really fitting the baby belly area pudges over. Also there is no rubber grip on it to keep it from sliding and rolling down.

Purchased on 6/13/25, C-Section on 6/17/25 and this WILL NOT fit! It is too small! Not sure how this fits most post partum women! Very disappointed! I have looked everywhere for extenders or a solution! Please help!

Would stay on with clothes on. But on the skin it loosens and slides up.

I used this one when I needed more support like in car rides. The seat belt and the bumps made car rides so painful after my C-section. This belt really helped a lot. I found that during the day it was a little bit too stiff and bulky so I usually wore a different one for that.

I love this binder. It works well and it’s adjustable. Definitely better than the one you wear home from the hospital.

Rolls down, doesn’t stay in place at all. Wish I would’ve kept my binder from the hospital instead of this one

Absolutely terrible, does not stay in place no matter the adjustment. Do not recommend AT ALL. Waste of money!!

Awful at staying in place. The back bunches up and is super uncomfortable. It does not stop no matter how much adjusting you do.
