Perfect for my allergy kiddo
I buy these for my child because he has a dairy allergy and can’t have any cows milk products. This is one of the best yogurt substitutes I have ever tried! Creamy texture, not grainy, perfect sweetness too. I love that they don’t add any coloring, and the active cultures help my littles tummy stay healthy. I like mixing in chia seeds, berries, or having him dip waffles in it. He loves it.

New fav! Low lectin, high protein
New fav! If you are looking for a non dairy high protein yogurt sub, this is it. It took me a couple tries to get used to the thick consistency but now I’m hooked. It’s so filling and satisfying. I used to like another non dairy yogurt brand that rhymes with Mo Melicious (coconut based yogurt) but that one (despite being more like yogurt in consistency and more delicious) has no nutritional value beyond active cultures. If you care about your health and value of your calories, give this one a try (or two - it will grow on you). I appreciate that it is peanut and dairy free. Macadamia nut butter is what makes it more like custard than yogurt and have the protein. It takes time to eat and makes a great frozen dessert substitute.

The closest thing to Greek yogurt in a non-dairy option. If you don't like normal Greek yogurt, you won't like this. I feel like all the one star ratings are from people who maybe don't know what it's supposed to taste like. They need a sweeter option. For the couple of people who said it's gritty - all you have to do is stir it up. That said, if you miss real Greek yogurt, this is the one! Has great taste, decent nutritional value, isn't horrendously expensive.
