We keep this lime juice in the refrigerator and drink it in water for an added boost. As well as use it for cooking. It has great shelflife. We don’t have to worry about the fruit fruits going bad in the fridge before we can get to them. It does not taste quite as good as fresh lime juice from the fruit but the amount of money we save on not throwing away limes is worth it!

Highly recommend!!! I've been watching a lot of cooking competitions recently where the judges comment on a lack of acidity in the dishes. I now understand what they mean; a splash of this elevates so many dishes! While I would love to keep real limes on hand, that's not always feasible. This is a perfect staple to keep as backup; as a bonus, I don't have to worry about random seeds escaping my lemon/lime squeezer. I'm writing this on 05.16.2024, and the bottle I received doesn't expire until 03.06.2025. I love that it's in a glass bottle versus plastic, and it has only one ingredient. I will be gifting this to others since I want to share the joy it's brought to me!

If you can’t source fresh limes, this is the way to go. No fake coloring or fillers here, just straight bottled lime juice. It’s expensive but worth it for real lime juice.

Might be the best lime juice you can purchase for the value, it’s way better than purchasing just regular limes (especially since half the time you can’t get juice from them)!

Tastes like real lime juice, and isn’t more expensive (might actually be cheaper). Only wish they came in slightly smaller bottles since you need to use in a few days from opening. But if you are making drinks for a party, the best choice.
