Yuck! Not really juice.
If you're looking for fresh lime flavor, this ain't it! It's only 30% juice: the rest is water, citric acid, and lime oil. It just tastes sour and very, very acidic. If you just need a sour note in a complex dish, or you're adding a ton of sugar, maybe this would do. But if it's a dish or a finisher where you actually want to taste lime, look elsewhere.
