First mirror arrived completely shattered. I knew I ran that risk ordering online, but that was such a disappointment and returning it was no small task. The replacement arrived quickly and (thankfully!) intact. It's beautiful and huge. No warping in the mirror. Nice and heavy. The sales price when I bought it was for online purchases only, otherwise I would have bought in-store to avoid broken mirrors. But I'm very happy with the product I received (especially for the price), so I can't be too upset.

Disappointed - don't waste your money
Was really looking forward to this mirror - the first time they didn’t even deliver it because it was damaged in transit. After a week of waiting, called customer service and they said they would have a new one shipped out to me. They delivered that one, but it was also shattered. Huge pain in the butt to try and return it as well since it’s massive in the shipping box.
