Amazing plant based meat! I am not vegan or vegetarian but l am eating less meat so wanted something that I would enjoy. I love the texture and can’t tell I am not eating real chicken. I like the plant based chicken in my fried rice and just delicious.

I didn't like the texture and it took too long to brown. It got brown on one side and the other side remained chewy.

I found this item randomly at Target one day then came back for more lol. The texture was just right and seasoning it to taste was easy. There was no weird flavor to work around. It was really nice to add some protein to my salad other than nuts. Definitely made it more hardy. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because I felt it was a bit expensive considering the size. I can get 2 to 3 servings per box. Closer to 3 when making salads. Closer to 2 servings when using in pastas. Can’t wait to try them in tacos. Also only one store in my city carries the brand. Since there were only 3 remaining it was considered low stock and I had to go inside to shop vs pickup which was incredibly inconvenient since I had to drive across town.

Absolutely amazing!! If you coat it in olive oil and then cornstarch and cook it in the air fryer it tastes just like fried chicken. So versatile and tasty!

Had high hopes for this chick’n. To me, it tastes like a veggie broth sponge. I think the Daring brand beats Abbots. Still worth a try though.

Super tasty!! I thought that it was great as a chicken substitute, and my boyfriend liked it too but he noted “Definitely not chicken, but good!” And he may be right— so if you’re wanting it to really replicate chicken, you may or may not like this. For me, this was juicy and flavorful, and as someone who avoids meat for health and ethical reasons, I love having a new tasty and nutritious protein outside of beans/lentils/chickpeas. I love this stuff! It doesn’t have any strange ingredients or additives and ranks well on Yuka. My only complaint would be the cost, though not unexpected from a fancy processed/ready made vegan meat substitute. I cannot afford to eat this as often as I could eat chicken if I chose to. So for me this won’t be a main protein source compared to cheaper whole foods options. I cook this with a good olive oil on a pan. I don’t know if reviewers who say they got sick from this product had a bad batch or undercooked this, but unlike tofu which can be eaten straight from the package if you wanted, this product needs to be cooked to a safe internal temperature.

Best fake meat - use it with almost everything!

I had high hopes for this product, but it is AWFUL. The texture is odd, and the taste so off I can’t even begin to explain it. Do yourself a favor and stick with Daring chicken - way cheaper and tastes so much better.

This is the best plant-based products I've ever had. All of their stuff is wonderful. I have major food restrictions and I'm vegan and this literally changed my life. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in trying to go vegan. Don't kill animals. Love them. You can get all the protein you need with this. Excellent product.

We have use this twice so far. Once in a stir fry and second in a pot pie. The first was the stir fry and a couple of bites into it my boyfirend exclaimed, "now this is how you do it!" Every other venture into vegan chick'n did not quite hit the correct texture for him. This does. The flavor is great and it is super easy to use.

Texture and taste was awful! Both me and my husband threw our entire dinner out because this stuff was mixed in. Texture is so chewy and strange I will never purchase again.

This is my favorite option for a healthy quick and easy dinner! We eat this multiple times a week!

I love this Chick'n. It's my favorite thing this brand makes. I use it mostly in stir-frys but also love it when I want to add protein to vegan boxed mac and cheese. I always eat some straight from the pan or sheet tray, I can't help it. Pro tip: spray with a bit of EVOO and bake it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Super easy clean up and it gets nice and crispy. The one thing is that I don't get 3 servings out of it, just two. It's so good I definitely eat more than 3oz per sitting.
