Q: Can the my generation dolls sit on this horse?

A: Hi Jjjj. There are two different types of Our Generation dolls; posable and non-posable (18” dolls). All of our dolls rotate at the hips, shoulders and neck. Posable dolls also bend at the knees and elbows, while non posable dolls do not. Both the posable and non-posable dolls can sit. The posable dolls can sit on the horse and their knees can be bent for a better seated fit. Regular dolls, not posable, can be made to straddle all of the OG 20” horses. The Battat Team

Q: How do remove the plastic on the mane ? It seems to be sewn into the hair, and doesn't slide off easily. Afraid I will cut the hair if I try scissors.

A: Hi Emmy. The stitches in the plastic need to be removed carefully and you can see an example of how to remove them correctly in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iLauZFCmajE. Once the stitches have been removed, the plastic will come out of the hair. Thank you. The Battat Team

Everything was great but the plastic hair strip was extremely difficult to get out. It was not as simple as cutting the top string and pulling it through, it tangled the hair quite a bit

item is damaged right out of the package
the paint or the feet and body were messed up right out of the package. as I was u wrapping i noticed the pain chips in the plastic. my daughter was so excited for this horse for her 5th birthday.

Beautiful horse but beware of poor packaging.
This enchanting horse for our generation dolls is so pretty and super cute and quite large! Like most things packaging takes a while to open and cut but this horse was packaged extra! Tons of things to cut off and that hair oh my gosh! I came here to see if people had any ideas how to get the hair out of the plastic that is sewn into the strands. Unfortunately I didn’t read any reviews explaining how but just found more frustrated people. See pics. I wasn’t willing to just rip the hair from the plastic so I used tiny scissors and cut each thread one by one. It took a couple mins and didn’t mess up the hair. Not sure who came up with the idea to sew the hair into a piece of plastic…..
