Great taste
Love the ketchup do not like the squeeze top. It is hard to squeeze and when you finally put enough pressure on it to come out you get a huge amount. We usually just take the top off which is why you get a squeeze bottle in the first place. It would be five star if the top were fixed

Love the ketchup- skip the squeeze bottle, get the glass instead
We’ve bought a few bottles but the flow valve has incredibly high break force in the latest order ....meaning you have to squeeze SUPERhard and when the valve opens you get an uncontrollable jet of ketchup. Loosen your grip, flow stops, and back to square one.Our solution was to dump the ketchup into a Ball jar and dispense w a spoon or knife. Not great...and the plastic is wasted. 🤨

Love this ketchup but the dispenser top needs work
We love this ketchup (along with the many other items from this brand)! The product is a 5 star, but the cap/top/nozzle needs a bit of work and is a 2 star for me. I don't know how to best describe the issue, but when you squeeze the bottle to squirt out the ketchup, it comes out and goes everywhere, kind of like a ketchup explosion!! I was able to use the cap from a 20oz Heinz ketchup bottle to replace this one to eliminate the mess.

The it sprays everywhere.
the bottle lid is so tight that when we squeeze it there is so much pressure we have to put into that once it comes out it goes everywhere we ended up cutting the rubber seal in the cap so we don't need as much pressure. please fix.

I like the taste and ingredients. You just have to get used to it. I think Americans are just used to over sweet ketchup and everything else! It’s much healthier ingredients than alternatives. But the squeeze valve stinks. You can’t get any ketchup out with a gentle squeeze, but when you give a little more pressure it explodes out. I literally had maybe a teaspoon of ketchup actually stay on my eggs this morning while the rest of it shot all over the counter and 3 feet across the floor. I’d rather a glass bottle that I scoop out!

Ketchup Squeeze Bottle
The ketchup is great. The fact that it's sugar free is awesome, but your squeeze bottle sucks. When you go to use it for the first time in a while. Pressure just builds up as you squeeze it and then all of a sudden blows out all over the place and this happen almost every time. Need to redesign the cap at the very least.
