With 10 g of protein in each container, they are one of the easiest ways I have found to increase my protein consumption throughout the day. I can tell you it was one of the better tasting protein food items out there, and the berry flavoring was just like eating regular yogurt. It does give off a weird texture though, a chalky like feel. But as to be expected for most protein foods. It sat well in my stomach, easily digestible and made me feel fuller longer. I would definitely buy this again to get some extra protein in. I buy yogurt anyway so this is an added bonus!
