With 10 g of protein in each container, they are one of the easiest ways I have found to increase my protein consumption throughout the day. They are small and easy to drink without feeling too full and they are so yummy! My only complaint is that I always find myself wanting more once they are gone.

I can tell you it was one of the better tasting protein food items out there, and the berry flavoring was just like eating regular yogurt. It does give off a weird texture though, a chalky like feel. But as to be expected for most protein foods. It sat well in my stomach, easily digestible and made me feel fuller longer. I would definitely buy this again to get some extra protein in. I buy yogurt anyway so this is an added bonus!

I definitely struggle with eating enough protein and hate a lot of the powders so it’s nice to have a yummy yogurt to help push me towards my goals! Also, i’m lactose intolerant and this didn’t bother me!

I think the serving size is good considering it’s a shot. Texture was smooth and didn’t taste too thick. Only thing I would change in this product would be for the milk to be an organic option. They do have a thicker taste than a normal yogurt would, but still good. Id recommend to anyone who needs a quick protein snack!
