A: You can, but I wouldn't with the light breading. I usually microwave for 3 minutes and then put in the toaster over for 12 minutes. Speeds things up.

The cooking instructions are accurate, but I wish there were more options in regard to cooking methods. The packaging was okay, I had trouble with the tear away and had to use scissors. The texture is nice and flaky with an inside that is juicy and moist.

It is delicious chunks of meat. It’s gluten free and that’s how I eat, so that is a win for me. I love toppings a salad with these nuggets.

The nutritional value is a lot better than most already on the market. It depends on your microwave how long they cook, just read the bag and heat in 30 second intervals after the initial times.

My son is in the stage of being obsessed with nuggets and these are such a healthy option for him! He enjoyed the texture of them and liked how crispy I made them! The chicken itself tastes decent, not amazing, but not bad either for low carb. It’s lightly breaded as advertised, which is nice if you’re not into super heavy coatings. That said, the bag definitely doesn’t come filled. It looked a little underwhelming when I opened it. So while the quality is okay for a budget friendly option, don’t expect a lot of quantity.

They are so crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They are all white meat and taste like the come from a restaurant. I have prepared them in the air fryer and the oven before and they taste great and come out crisp either way. I will continue to buy these because they are a quick meal my entire family loves.

Chicken texture odd, did not crisp up with specific air fry instructions, a lot of loose breading in the package. I have really enjoyed other products by this company, these were a bit disappointing.

They almost remind me of the chick-fil-a chicken nuggets or at least in texture (it’s been a very long time since I had them). They are so easy to cook. I like to pop mine in the. Air fryer. They don’t take long to cook. The nuggets are pretty big and you honestly get a lot of chicken in the bag compared to a variety of other brands. They have a lot of flavor and my boyfriend actually really likes them which is surprising as he’s not a fan of gluten free items. I highly recommend!
