    terrible dropper

    It's almost impossible to dispense this product with the new "dropper." It doesn't such up the product from the bottle at all. I ended up just pouring it from the bottle onto my hand, which was messy and difficult to apply. I can't recommend the product when it's such a nightmare to use.

    Please fix the dropper!

    This could have been a great product but the dropper is not working, so taking the product out of the bottle is a pain. Please fix this and you will make a lot of customers happy!

    Good product, bad packaging

    I have only used this once so far but the formula seems like and feels good in my scalp. The packaging is a nightmare. It is genuinely hard to aim/dispense the product with one hand. The applicator tube is not firmly affixed to the handle/dispenser and wiggles all over and the weird dispenser top is tricky to use.

    Great serum, terrible new applicator!

    The serum is great and works well to nourish my scalp. The problem is between my first and second bottle of this Dove changed the packaging and now makes the delivery of the serum more difficult. First bottle was glass with a very nice squeeze tip dropper that was able to get a full application of the serum on the first squeeze. The new bottle is plastic which would be fine if they had kept the same applicator, but the new applicator is cheap and you can hardly get any serum into the applicator which is frustrating. The applicator tip has come off four times since I have had this new bottle which has wasted quite a bit of serum trying to fix to use again. I am looking for a new applicator to put this serum into to be able to use it effectively. Wish Dove would have stayed the course on the original bottle!

    nice smell, bad bottle pump

    smells nice, unclear how effective it is but doesn't irritate my skin at all. packaging is AWFUL, the pump-lid thing is super ineffective at getting the product out of the bottle

    Great hair serum

    It’s a light serum that doesn’t leave your scalp feeling greasy. I’ve been using it for a couple of months and have noticed my scalp feels more clean in between washes. The only issue I have is the dropper doesn’t pick up much of the serum.

    It Works!

    I love this product. The scent is nice and it doesn't make my hair feel greasy. However, the reason I can't give it 5 stars is because the dispenser is the worst. it barely pulls up any product and mine broke the first day I used it. The dropper they used to use wasn't perfect but I at least got more product in the dropper. I wish I had kept the old. bottle so I could reuse it!
