my new favorite yogurt
Just plain healthy yogurt. I just add blueberries to it and it tastes great. since I am lacto and sugar intolerant, this is the best yogurt for me. Also this is not as sour as some people said, which is okay for my sensitive stomach

Low protein high saturated fat
I was very disappointed that this was so high in saturated fat and very low protein. Maybe it’s good for dairy free but very deceiving. I’ll stick with Fage. It also tastes like suntan lotion oil at first, but then you get used to it. I guess it has probiotics which is good but so does other yogurts that have more protein

One of the BEST Dairy-free Keto yogurts. The only one that is maybe slightly better (but more excitement) is Culina. I absolutely love this yogurt! Try it!
