A: No, it is not. Target only had the 3 versions at stores (Limited, Chk Chk/Boom, and Accordion).

A: The photo card is the pre order benefit of this album if you order after the 19th you will not receive that pre order photo hope this helps ❤️

A: Yes the preorder benefit photocards are included along with the Target exclusive cards in the standard versions available at Target.
