[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holly, the Nutcracker “Our Generation” doll, is absolutely adorable! My daughter loves her so much — she plays with her every day, combing her hair, dressing her up, and carrying her everywhere. The only thing we wish is that Holly came in a version with darker skin so more children could see themselves represented. It would also be great if she came with an extra outfit for more dress-up fun. Other than that, she’s a beautiful, well-made doll that my daughter truly enjoys.

Wheres the Melanin
The fact that it’s 2025 and Target is only making this doll in fair skin and not other skin tones is absolutely disgusting. Read the room TARGET! Brown girls of all shades would like to have a beautiful doll like this too!

My daughter loves to comb the dolls hair. She was very upset when she tried to comb her hair and it showed bald spots. The outfit is cute though.
