Once you’ve really known how sensitive and dog like a dairy cow is, they have to be grass fed which translates to not being tortured. This Greek yogurt comes from grass fed cows. It is high protein which I’ve learned if super important for elders. Tastes fabulous with some honey and fruits added [unless you love sour.] The texture is great and it has the bonus of probiotics. Superb brand of health promoting Greek yogurt at a good price. Heartily recommended—both human heart health said the retired RN and core compassion recommended.

Love a great plain yogurt.
First time I tried this type of yogurt and I think I love it. I find it very fulfilling and I actually like that plain taste. I mixed it with berries and I like it. I even ate it with my veggies and salads with grilled chicken. I just liked how it tasted. As opposed to other brands that carry plain yogurt this one IMO was pretty good. Or Maybe im biased because I do love everything Mapple Hill”. But I’m definitely buying it again for sure.
