Q: Is this yogurt supposed to be watery, soupy?

submitted by MG - 3 months ago
  • A: I want to know this too, I see people (influencers) eating it and the texture is like a mousse, but mine is always a watery/soupy consistency (except for the chocolate, but even that isn't very thick)

submitted byMichelleS - 2 months ago
  • A: No, it will be thicker and like a mousse. Every flavor I’ve ever gotten is thick.

The best flavor they have!! Split it into two portions. Don’t eat it all at once or you will have a tummy ache :)

If you want to stay "regular" buy this!

I grabbed a bunch of these bc they are always sold out. I tried 1/2 the container (as suggested) the first day and nothing happened. So the next day I decided to eat a whole container…big mistake! Felt nauseous and was in the bathroom with a horrible stomach ache and the sweats. Felt like I was going to pass out. So I gave it a couple of days then started again with only 1/2 container and have been doing that every day since. I love the benefits from this yogurt..gut health, helps with staying regular, and good for skin. It is a bit pricey but well worth it for me. I would rather eat this everyday than spend a bunch of money on supplements and swallow a bunch of pills to stay regular. The banana cream is my favorite. I also bought the lemon but not a big fan, too tart.

Great taste

There’s a resealable lid for a reason!! You’re only supposed to have 1-2 tablespoons at a time. Love this flavor and the gut benefits

Do not eat the whole thing!!!

Yep… didn’t read reviews or about the brand. I ate the whole 4oz. Became very ill within the hour. They should definitely have consumption instructions on the label in bold! Tasted good at least.

This did not taste like banana cream pie but it did remind me of banana baby food, which I liked but I was excepting banana cream pie. Totally different taste.

SO good for dairy free!!! Too pricey...

I'm pretty shocked by the negative reviews of this yogurt! This is, BY FAR, the BEST dairy-free yogurt I have ever eaten. It's SO CREAMY! It tastes somewhere between banana cream pie and banana pudding. I wish I could afford to eat this every day. The texture is amazing. I recommend pecans... I used raw... and/or a small amount of crumbled graham cracker... I used GF. I leave 4 stars instead of 5 because it's SO SMALL for $3.99. I see some reviews complain about bowel issues... I have those with most foods, but NOT with this yogurt. Maybe that's because I have probiotics most days. I guess start slow if you don't consume probiotics on a regular basis.

Utterly decadent

I thought this was just a regular yogurt. I ate the whole thing and it’s sitting and I’m telling you it was the most indulgent scrumptious thing. Would absolutely get this again so yummy just like a banana cream pie.

Works better than prune juice

Tastes good to me, however I thought this was regular yogurt that was delicious and good for you. I ate one whole cup! Have never cleared myself out so well and quickly in my life. Works better than prune juice. Do not eat this when you are about to leave the house. There should be a warning label.

First time trying this brand. Love this flavor. An acquired taste, but I like it. Taste reminds me of Vietnamese banana che. Didn’t hurt my stomach. Wish it was more affordable. Docked 1 star for price.

only eat one spoonful!!!

Taste is unimpressive - very sour, almost overripe banana flavor. Agree with others that the serving size needs to be more prominent. I picked it up in storebecause I enjoy non dairy yogurt. This is a pro biotic supplement leaving toward laxative. It feels a little ridiculous to have to research directions on how to eat a yogurt.

Fantastic

Absolutely delectable. I would trade my firstborn for a life supply. Only eat half the container at a time or you will find God in the bathroom

Eat at your own risk!

Read the label! Eat at your risk 🥴 much like many others, I ate this thinking it was 1 serving. Within 20 minutes, I felt completely off. My stomach started hurting, nausea set in and I began vomiting several times. I thought maybe it was expired, but the dating was fine. After some research, I found: 1. this small container contains 2 SERVINGS. 2. Coconut Cults website states to start slow with their yogurt - they suggest eating 1T/day. I wish this was clearly stated on the packaging for mine and many others sakes.

Not giving banana

I am a huge coconut cult fan. The passionfruit could classify as dessert IMO. The strawberry is also lovely. This one (banana cream pie) had flavors reminiscent of vomit. Very off putting. Could not get through one. I am not sure what it is but nothing about this was banana to me. I am also disappointed with the consistency differences between all the flavours. Passiofruit was a perfect mousse like consistency. Strawberry was more liquidy and gritty and this one was thick and pudding like. Coconut cult shows huge potential especially if they can replicate the texture of their passionfruit flavour.

Upset stomach

I do not like the texture. It’s very thick and very sour. It made my stomach upset and I felt nauseous. If you have a sensitive stomach I do not recommend.

Don't waste your money.

This is the worst-tasting yogurt. It is very bitter and tart. It tastes nothing like bananas or banana cream pie.
