A: The Blue Diamond Almond Milk that is bought on the shelf and not in the refrigerated cooler, does not need to be refrigerated until after it is opened.

A: This Almond Breeze is found in the refrigerated section with other milks. Buy it refrigerated, and keep it refrigerated! Almond Breeze also makes a shelf-stable version that Target also carries. It's bought at room-temp and once you open it, you have to refrigerate it (best within 7 days). My go-to 'milk' for drinking plain (1 cup per night), and other fresh or baking/cooking uses. I've tried other brands, and this one is the only one I will drink. The others have an issue with texture or flavor. Excellent product! I use the unsweetened plain for curries.

Unfortunately, Blue Diamond's Unsweetened Original Almond Milk was a major letdown. It lacked any semblance of creaminess, leaving an unpalatable wateriness in its wake. The taste was disappointingly dull, contrary to ‘original’ in the name. While the low-calorie count is advantageous, it’s not worth sacrificing flavor and texture. A poor substitute for dairy or soy milk. Will not repurchase.

If anyone is complaining about the taste being “too watery”, well, that is your assurance that there is NO CARGEENAN in the ingredients and rather than you complaining, you should be very thankful! Tastes delicious milk and a great alternative to Soya milk and ordinary milk . Love the packaging and mixing the almonds to give a nutty flavour with no additives is fab . Only 80 calories so less fat which is healthier . Recommended to friends and family will purchase again .

This is my favorite almond milk for cereal and drinking. It actually has flavor unlike others and it’s a good subtle vanilla almond one. The texture is smooth and there aren’t any lumps or poorly blended almond chunks. The packaging is the standard milk carton and easy to use.

This is the only soul source of milk I will consume. I refuse to use anything otherwise. The taste when it's as cold as possible, room temp, or when it's nearly slush from being at it's closest before its an ice block. It doesn't matter what shape, form, or consistency the deliciousness simply never fails me. I do think that with every other thing in this world going up in price this could maybe be the one thing that could go down in price by like a dollar or more but other wise I wouldn't change this product for nothing
