Item came with a missing leg on kickback. Target cancelled almost all preorders on everyone and now claims no stock to do a replacement. DO NOT TRUST TARGET ON PREODERS!! I called and was told I'd get an email back giving me options. Nothing.

QC issues
Right out of the package bombshell left hand falls off has stress marks and cannot put it back on. Another lazy Hasbro QC issue and other do anything for money Hasbro and Target attempt.. Smart thing to do is avoid these two clown corporate companies. They use cheap materials, but sell for high price.. Don’t give them access to your wallet and take back your power and force them to do what you want by refusing them. They only call this stuff when you are weak and give them your wallet. The only thing I give them is my rear side to kiss. Because we are the Customer and that’s exactly what they should be doing if they want to keep us.

Two of the same part
Actually received one after the mass wave of cancelations... and it came in defective. Shrapnel had two of the same face covers. This has been the most miserable experience I've ever had collecting Transformers figures, and the rollout (or lack there of) of the MTMTE Collection is absolutely embarrassing.

Must get if you don't own Takara's DCS set
Probably the best deco for the Insecticons. It may not have the silver paint apps like Takara's DCS set, but I do prefer the white-ish plastic. Like typical Hasbro QC, be wary of the paint as I've noticed scuffs across these figures. It's a minor nit-pick but I do wish Hasbro gave Bombshell full white hips and thighs like Takara's DCS set.

Terrible policy and service
Service is terrible. Delayed, delayed, and then canceled. It was canceled because I missed an email that wanted me to confirm it was still ok to ship after last delay. Isn't that the whole point of a pre-order? Ordered it over 2 months ago and a week before its delivery they cancel it because I didn't notice their email. Terrible customer service as well. Will not be using them for any shopping anymore. Only reason to go in the store is if you need to go to the bathroom and you're desperate.
