The product features impressive figures that many guests appreciate for their design and accuracy. However, concerns about packaging and order fulfillment have been prevalent, with several guests experiencing damaged boxes and canceled preorders. Despite these issues, the figures themselves are often praised for their quality and detail, making them a desirable addition for collectors. I'm guessing there is no "standard" on how to pack items for shipping. I ordered a different figure the same day. It came in great shape. This particular package, not so much. Entire side of the shipper box was destroyed, & the right side of the item was smashed so badly that the box was opened.

    Now I'm happy

I was lucky to find this 3 pack at the Target store with a discount. I already have the Legacy Insecticons but I wanted these colors as well. After the whole mess with the online preorders I'm glad Target came through.

    Great 3 pack!

Great figures even they’re just repaints really. Super acccurate and definitely worth the price I paid considering I got $30 off with my discounts. $58 for a 3 pack of deluxe a is def worth. The figures are slightly loose but easily fixable. Pose well and have a good set of accessories.

These figures are awesome! I was able to get them on sale, and the package shipped on time with proper packaging so the box was undamaged. I love that I was able to get all three insecticons in a single bundle. The figures themselves are very well made with great colors and many joints. I wish people would complain to Target about canceled preorders instead of rating the item poorly. The canceled preorder has nothing to do with the item itself, so the rating is highly misleading, especially when the item still has plenty of stock now. Anyways, I am incredibly satisfied with them, they are a great addition to my collection.

    My Honest Opinion

I bought this pack here online when it was in stock, not through preorder, everything went through great, definitely recommend getting! I love g1 accuracy, but you can get the toy deco, (legacy) cheaper on eBay.

My items were badly damaged because whoever packaged them did so with a stupid plastic bag instead of a protective outer box. Not happy at all.

I liked that I did finally get this product when it was initially cancelled when I preordered it at a discount. Seems like a dishonest way to get out of honoring a discount. Then when I finally received the item the packaging was significantly damaged. Luckily the figures were fine. Normally I would return the damaged item, but I was afraid Target would not send me a replacement. I will definitely preorder from other vendors in the future.

Figures look great. Box is a little banged up. For what is essentially a $100 item, It would’ve been nice if target put at least on piece of packaging material in the shipping box. Thanks for the effort
