I pre-ordered these items back in April. I received an email last week that my order was delayed and I needed to approve the new date which I did. I look at my email today to get a notification that says because I did not approve of the new delayed arrival date. They canceled my order. I had approved of the new arrival date. Come to find out that Target sent me an email at 4 AM yesterday and at 5 AM this morning because I do not check my email every day they canceled my item. Upon calling Target they told me that it was canceled that I was part of a batch of cancellations because the item is out of stock. And everyone that ordered the item got their items canceled. Which is not true my mother ordered the same items the same day at just about the exact same time as I did and she already received her order. But of course there is nothing that Target can do, Target thinks it’s absolutely acceptable to provide 24 hours notice before canceling an item because I did not accept the new delivery date and then they turn around and tell me that that wasn’t why it was canceled. It was canceled because it was no longer in stock. So now I’m out of gifts for my nephews and Target could care less. And I had asked the customer service rep who just kept on telling me the same thing over and over again I asked her so basically you’re telling me I’m out of luck is that Correct? And she said yes, which is fantastic Customer Service. And this was a “senior “specialist. Well done Target. So I do not have the items to give a proper review.

Product seems ok, but target box was definitely opened upon arrival.

So excited to give my nephew one of these. Huge Bills fans!
