Hasbro went all out with these ninja force designs. With all the weapons. Also the additions of the masks. Always fun messing around with these figures making them do ninja moves for a photo shoot. I’m glad that target actually sent out my preorder because when they cancelled it I was annoyed. You guys came through finally. Still wish I got those bootleg turtles but you can’t always win!

Easy to Find and Great Value
Picked up my set the week of release from my local store without any issues. Figures are fantastic and a great value with all the extra accessories and parts. Glad I didn't waste my time pre-ordering an item that was always going to be in limited supply and was patient enough to wait until they were in stock to purchase it.

What is the point of saying sorry and telling me that target fix the issue by placing the item in my cart in my account and I have 24hr to make the purchase. But when you press the purchase button it zero out and tells me I am purchasing a zero item and zero dollars for the item. What is the point of the email if target pulls this nonsense? All target is doing is upsetting the customer even more!

Let dowm twice
Just for an email indicating the item was placed on hold for me, sweet they are doing better and then guess what, gone. It said it was reserved for 24hrs and I called and texted and they are saying the sold out and there is nothing they can do.

Exclusives are a bad idea
Target is horrid and Wal-mart is right there with them. Is there a point to pre-orders? What a joke. CANCELLED! Always. No stores should get exclusives. Its botched every time. The real Idiot here is Hasbro. Stop the Exclusives that the stores dont honor. make plenty to go around. Make every figure a timed made to order. Problem solved.

Same old story with Hasbro exclusives.
Another exclusive, another cancelled pre-order with no explanation given. Once again, I was given two opportunities to "confirm" that I still wanted the item that I pre-ordered and did so both times, but still had my order cancelled. Target has really dropped the ball on how they handle these exclusives. It's just very disappointing.
