Damaged box! Doll was ok.
Doll is very cute. However, She does not have a white face as in target picture. Box was horribly damaged! Sent in a bag not a box! Doll was ok. I’m keeping this for my granddaughter for Christmas as they are sold out now. But multiple reviews of damaged doll box because item was sent in a bag. Target should do better!

Catrina
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] She is an absolutely beautiful doll she comes beautifully packaged in a beautiful colorful box. She has beautiful black long hair that you can braid with beautiful pink ribbons. She is lightweight. She has a cloth body with movable legs and arms. Her eyes open and close. We had so much fun braiding her beautiful long hair.

Box was completely damaged and target bag was taped to damaged box. I took the package right away to target and showed customer service. I wanted a replacement but the item is sold out. My mom collects the day of the dead collections and has not ever opened any. I got this doll for her birthday a disappointment

Beautiful doll great details
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Our Generation Catrina doll is so beautiful. The details are gorgeous and the colors chosen are stunning. The earrings and the shoes and adorable. My daughter loves the doll she thought it was a decoration at first and was thrilled that she gets to play with such a beautiful doll. She fits nicely with other 18 inch doll furniture. The eyes close when you lay her on her back. She likes to put her to sleep. The doll functions as any other Our Generation doll.

The worst packaging I ever had here at target
I’m writing my review cause it was the worst packaging. The box came all torn up, I was expecting it to give it as a gift. It was the worst. You should’ve put it in a box to protect the box and the packaging, but you all just put it in a bag tape it around it’s the worst.

Doll is perfect. Target customer care not so great! My box arrived half opened. No protection to the doll. Box is ripped in several locations. I bought this doll as a collector piece to display. Disappointed is the lack of care of product condition and shipping care.

Shipping Issues
I am extreemly disappointed I didn't get this doll. I ordered her several times and had the order backordered even when it say it was ready to ship. After waiting weeks and getting 2 messages saying the doll was further delayed I canceled. I ordered the doll several times and had the same issue. I understand these are limited but to have it say several times for weeks that the doll was avalible only to instanly find out after ordering it was not is incredibly frustrating. I had the same issue last year when I tried to order the halloween doll.

Horrible delivery
Delivery service was poor … it arrived in a package bag too small for the item causing the box to arrive ripped and the package typed over . I had intended to maintain it in the box as I previously had purchased another doll last year no issues

Beautiful detail done respectfully
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thought Our Generation put into the detail and packaging was obviously done with care. My niece loves her so much and honestly Catrina would make a good doll to play with or even to have on display.

Beautiful and unique doll!
This is truly a beautiful doll! You cannot go wrong for the price! Considering the collectible version of AG dolls are almost 10x the price of this one, and she’s very unique!

Spectacular
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girls loved this doll! Overall this doll has some great qualities. Including, the makeup, the clothes, hair is silky, perfect size as other dolls. Love how it’s a little different than the other dolls my girls have. My girls did say that because her face is painted, it makes picking out her matching outfits more challenging. They also said that her hair is layered so it was more difficult to do different hairstyles. They said they would recommend getting it due to the quality, it’s fun, and her hair is silky! Also, it’s a beautiful doll that’s fun and easy to play with.

Colorful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product, complementary in exchange for my honest review. This doll is much larger than we thought it would be but is brightly colored and well-made would highly recommend for anyone looking for a doll.
