Q: Is this gluten free?

submitted by Jodi - 4 months ago

  • A: Great question! 💕 All Trü Frü products are gluten free. Some of our freeze-dried products were previously produced in facilities that also handled items containing gluten, which was reflected on older packaging. Those products should now be phased out and no longer on shelves. As always, we recommend checking the product packaging for the most up-to-date ingredient and allergen information 😊

    This is soooo good

they were super good with a nice yogurt flavor. It gave me the fixation of something sweet while I felt like it was still healthy. The yogurt was super creamy with a nice white chocolate coating and it made everything just feel super Fresh. The shower was crunchy while the inside was nice and soft.

    Not too sweet

I enjoy the TruFru yogurt/white chocolate strawberries so much. I have to hide them when my sister comes over. They are no sweet. They have the right about of tartness to balance the sweetness.

    (no review title)

As soon as I opened the bag it had this odd smell and I ate it and it tasted weird, I cant tell how or why it tasted weird but I think it was the white chocolate, my brother also tried it and he loves white chocolate and strawberries and he didn't like it either. I usually love tru fru but this was a miss for me.

    Tru Fru is my go-to

I love these so much. They’re my favorite snack. Being a celiac, I can’t always have every kind of ice cream or treat, so I’m very thankful these are gluten free. The texture is amazing even if they’re fresh out of the freezer. I’m guilty, sometimes I can’t wait… they’re sweet but not too sweet. I love the creamy coating, they’re not too sweet but not too tart either. I eat these almost every day.
