    40% mousse, 60% seperated mousse water

    Got about 3 good bites before I discovered the bottom half of the jar was full of separated water from the mousse. Kind of gross. No way to tell from the top that the mousse had separated. Did not mix well back together. Had to throw it out. Disappointing bc the three good bites were good. Sad face.

    Beware addicting

    This stuff is so addicting. I’m on my 7th bottle. You definitely need an acquired taste it’s sour, chocolatey and just the perfect amount of sweetness. I have two spoons of it everyday. Knowing that it’s so good for my gut health helps me enjoy it even more.

    Pricey and not a taste for everyone

    For those thinking you were going to get some delicious sweet chocolate pudding type of yogurt…,, seriously? This is a strong probiotic yogurt with a sour kefir like taste. I personally find it delicious but I can see why it is not for everyone. I deducted two stars strictly on two things….. price and availability. At almost $10 for 4ish servings, this price is not sustainable for most budgets. Ridiculous! If you do get hooked on it and can afford it, good luck finding it consistently in stock.

    I didn’t hate the taste of this that much. It does have a nice rich chocolate flavor BUT it also has an underlying… sourness? It’s also VERY thin. I took it straight home from the store and put it in he fridge but it was still super thin even after mixing it up a ton. I ended up drinking it with a straw. Sort of a melted milkshake consistency if that makes sense? At the end of the day, I have IBS-C and eat these yogurts for the digestion benefits (which are great btw for my other IBS-C girlies). If the taste is great then it’s a bonus. But with this one I wasn’t expecting sour chocolate.
