Delicious!

I love this yogurt so much! The flavor is mild and not too sweet like most other yogurts. The texture is thick and almost ice-cream like. I like to mix in a handful of mini chocolate chips to make a healthy and satisfying treat! I also love that it’s organic and regeneratively farmed.

So good! It’s high in protein without that chalky, overly thick texture that a lot of protein yogurts have. The flavors are perfectly balanced - not too sweet and it’s officially my new favorite yogurt! 😋

Meh.

Was excited to buy a farmer producer product. Then I read the label. Real skyr doesn’t require guar gum as a thickener. Taste was notably different and less flavor than other more traditional skyr brands. More hype than substance. Curious why they chose to latch onto skyr as a category for this. Doesn’t seem to fit. Back to the other brands for me.
