Couldn't even assemble it without it breaking. Will be returning.

This shoe rack was super easy to put together. It can be used as a single unit, but also comes with screws if you would like to purchase more than one and stack them. I got this for my son‘s closet. He wears a size 9 in men’s the shoes fit under the rack and on the rack nicely if you have a lot of high top shoes or boots the width of this shelf would not be ideal. Regular sneakers, cleats, slides, and other shoes fit on it very well! Our space is tight. The rack is extended a little bit but it gets wider than this.

This package was completely 100% glued and sealed. There was no opening to the box, every edge was glued shut. I had to use scissors and my entire arm to get the box open at all, and in doing so, I tore half of my real fingernail off. I am currently in a lot of pain and my finger is swollen. Not to mention that this product is extremely low quality and the metal tubes bend when they are extended far enough.

Instr show 4 sets of screws to add another rack on top but there are only 2 sets. This is a problem with both shoe racks I bought. Since I only wanted to connect 2 racks I had enough but if I wanted to add a third one I could not do that. It’s a quality issue with. These were sealed packages from the manufacturer.

Our closet came with built in shelves that left a lot of room wasted, these worked great as they were adjustable and able to fill the whole space. Simple but gave my husband a way to fit another row of shoes on each shelf and use the space

When extended to full width, this product cannot support shoes. Advertising it as 27 1/2 wide is a lie. It also does not stack as advertised. Each rack comes with 2 screws, meaning you need two racks in order to attach two together - which makes sense, until you want to stack any higher than 2. The product advertises “up to 4 racks”. If you want to attach a 3rd rack, you now only have the two screws that come packed with the 3rd rack (all 4 of the previous screws are used to attach the first 2 racks to each other). Even if you bought a 4th rack, you would only have 2 sets of two racks, with no ability to attach them to each other to create a stack of 4.

At the minimum setting this shoe rack is larger than the claimed 16 inches. It's more like 16.5 inches. Which made it too big to go into the space I intended. SMH. Returned.

Broke immediately and most shoes fall right between the two rungs.

It’s okay because it does what it needs to do but I was driving myself crazy looking for 2 extra screws that don’t exist. If you want something to just get the job done, here it is

Not built sturdy or to last. The middle dips when it’s fully extended.

The small pieces of plastic holding the shoe rack together broke immediately upon putting a pair of shoes on it.
