Broken Mug during shipment
It's a really nice mug and I bought it as a gift. It was shipped to my home. When I opened the box, it was broken. It was not wrapped with a bubble wrap, only brown thin paper causing the mug to break while being shipped by UPS. Talked to Luis in customer service and he said it's okay to take it back to the nearest store and get a replacement. Just buy breakables at the Target stores to avoid what happened here. I'm rating it for how it was shipped and was not properly wrapped
