Q: The the frame be changed out?

submitted by Lauren - 2 years ago

  • A: you would have to rip off the paper backing... then you see 4 wood triangles in each corner/ you have to pull out the staples & remove them. The photo is glued to the border, so you can't remove that.

    Bad customer service

I did curbside and they put a damaged product in my car without saying anything and when I mean, damaged, I mean the whole border is scratched dented messed up and now I have to go through the whole process of returning it because they don’t have another one to replace with if they had told me it was damaged. I would not have wasted my time.

Dont fall for the print, frame breaks

Cheap frame for such heavy glass. Less than a year hanging and it’s fallen multiple times as the original hanging things supplied didn’t hold and kept getting worse. Super disappointed.

    snags and chips on frame

It’s so cute but both of the two pulled from the back of store had damage to the frame which seemingly is particleboard wood. Both also had rips in the paper backing which I don’t care about too much. The frame, yes.

Frame is scratched up, noticed it as soon as the worker just ditched the cart. Won’t be doing target pickup again. I had to stop the cart from rolling away with my foot, mind you I only had this one item for pickup. Literally got my code and pretty much ran away. Not happy with experience or item

    Obsessed with this piece!!

I saw this in store and had to have it! I absolutely love this. I’m still not sure where I’m going to put it but it reminds me of the where I grew up and is just a perfect picture of the country. The frame is nice quality and it’s a larger piece which is nice !

    Wrong price

Y’all are wrong for this. I bought this at original cost less than 2 weeks ago for $45 lol. It was never $60 to begin with like you guys have marked out making it look like a sale.

    Love, love, love it! 💜

It's striking and warms the heart at the same time. It's a modern sleek look vs the traditional barn look. Am very happy with it. 💜

    Minimalist & Classy

I had this artwork in my shopping cart for a really long time but finally decided to buy it! It is a really good size for the price and comes framed. The only thing I don’t love is the hardware to hang it up on the back. Otherwise, the colors are vibrant with a strong contrast.

Arrived theiugh mail, clearly already damaged before even wntering the beat up, old box. Beautiful picture though.

Love this gorgeous picture but the process of shipping and receiving was awful. It arrived in a beat up, old looking box; upon opening it, it was unsecured, shattered and the back of the picture was punctured and clearly damaged before even being put into the box. The return process was very inconvenient and upsetting. Disappointed overall.

    Damaged!

Why would you sell me this! It is so badly damaged and I picked it up and had them put it in my back seat and didn’t look at it until I put home, but there are large huge gashes in the back of this picture! Your employee had to have known this when she put it in my car. Why would you sell me this?!
