I bought a Roblox gift card and it didn’t work. I tried contacting customer service and got no real help — just a generic response and no solution. Really disappointing experience. I expected better.
On 1000 roblox coin. Never got additional 25% extra as advertise.

Received the card with in 30 minutes but card hold only 1000 Roblox money. However while purchasing it say 25% extra. I do not know where that 25% is.

I have bought many e-gift cards and have never had an issue. You just purchase, enter your email for delivery, it gets delivered within 4 hours but always comes quicker than that, open email, scroll towards bottom and click URL link on right side, enter your email to verify, then click view card. It’s simple :) Then from there you go to Roblox.com/redeem and enter the code then make sure you hit CONVERT TO ROBUX for your kids to use in game.

Open through the email once you get it, can be in spam. Click on the link or the card on the email and then click on the card again once you get on the link and go to targets E card center and open your card info and youll find the pin underneath the e gift! Quick email for me

I absolutely LOVE this product and I’m LOVING Target at the moment. So far, I’ve only been able to purchase a $10 gift card from 2 other places (including the official Roblox website) once before they refund me and tell me there was an unexpected issue. I had no clue what was going on, but for the first time, I was able to purchase the e-gift card a second time when purchasing through Target. I send gift cards to international friends, so I wasn’t sure if physical gift cards were US only or not. Having to constantly switch sellers made me worried because eventually there would be no one else to buy from, but fortunately, I think Target has become my solution! The email is not as immediate as I would have expected, but Target sends me a notification when they deliver the product, so I know when to check my email for the link. I’d say the gift card sends in roughly 5 minutes (I attached an image showing the emails Target sent with time stamps). I’m not sure about what the other reviews were saying about not receiving their gift card, but I ensure all of my information is correct and I’m willing to wait a few minutes if it means I can continue to buy e-gift cards more than once.

This is actually the easiest & best way to get Roblox for my Daughter. This is my 2nd purchase this month for my daughter. She used her own money to buy the 1st card & just paid me for it. The gift card goes directly to your email account. I never have to wait long for it. It comes nearly immediately, but I have warned her that it may not come immediately because Target clearly says that it can take up to 4 hours. I've bought it this way numerous times. I have literally never had 1 issue. You have the person go to their Roblox account & you find your email & tell them the Pin Roblox gift card number. They enter it under their account & it shows up. It's super simple. This is my preferred way to get Roblox for my daughter.
