Sometimes you get the email to use your gift card and sometimes the link to access the gift card doesn’t work. So I just wasted $25 on a mata card that I never could access.

This was extremely frustrating to gift. When I got the email it says you can gift it, just a few clicks away! And then when I go to transfer to my niece on Christmas it says it can’t be delivered to her email for 2 days minimum. so now she’s stuck waiting for it. Totally misleading.

I didn't know this was completely digital I thought I could pick it up with the rest if my order. I was told I couldn't exchange for a physical card or get my money back and no one could explain to me how to use it I had to call a number which they weren't much help

After reading the reviews I was hesitant to purchase these digital gift cards. I did anyway and it worked without an issue. I received the emailed gift card within 4 minutes. Followed the link in the email. Put in my email address and got the code. Simple.
