Q: Moved these chairs today, noticed rust colored water dripping from the bottom & the arms. Just assembled this week and was out in the rain once. Is this normal? Thought they were rust resistant?

Assembly instructions are not great. Didn’t help that our hardware packet was ripped open and the screws were no longer in their assigned spot. Did our best and the chairs look great inspite of one ring being upside down!

These chairs came damaged and were hard to put together the screws and wholes did not line up and you must have two people to put it together which that’s not a big deal also the metal is flimsy and the parts feel extremely cheap. If you are over 250 pounds I would not recommend this chair. Also in the box you get instruction horrible. The screws are not exact and you get four different screws they came opened and mixed up. It’s just a mess then the card they put in the box says if you are having issues call the number. Well that’s a joke all you get is a busy signal. I am going to return them so I can get a better set of chairs. These are not it. Unless you are looking for some high priced junk to put on your patio.

Purchased these chairs online and although the specs are online, the ad does say bar stools. The dense and height of cushions made in just a tad short or bar height. However, the height is countertop height. The vendor is reputable, wonderful and easy to communicate with promptly and courteously. They help you immediately and listen to all you have to say to help you remedy any difficulty in assembly, etc. The chairs are very well made, they are metal, not difficult to assemble and cushions and pillows are excellent quality and thick. They have made a lovely and beautiful addition to our deck. Hats off to a vendor with a conscience. Thank you.

So far we are very impressed with the look of the chairs and the cushions. They are comfortable. They don’t swivel very easy but it could be they need to be broken in. Over all I am very impressed.
