Q: We received this and hung it but there is a very strong distinct odor coming from it. Any thoughts on how to remove the off putting smell?

A: Good Morning, I am sorry that your curtains have an odor on them. My advice would be to spray them with Febreze and let them dry in the sun. We appreciate you taking the time to review your recent Lush Decor purchase. Because of other reviews like yours, we have been made aware of the issue with the smell of these valances and have put in place changes for all future production runs to rectify these issues. I was looking for something unique for my office and these totally fit the bill. I have a more coastal vibe happening in the family room and wanted to bump up the glam in my office. These tie the two styles together really well. I hung them on a double rod with some sheers to let the light through. So pretty!

Laughably poor quality. All the ends are frayed, parts look dirty or discolored, super kinked/misshapen when taken out of the package. Photo does not represent what this product actually looks like! Will be returned.

I have vintage Asian decor that I inherited from my mother when she passed, Farmhouse rustic touches with Boho all throughout. These curtains are exactly what I needed to complete the look in my kitchen! It hangs right above my kitchen sink where it filters the light (it can get pretty bright in that section) and makes it look so stylish and beautiful now. I do admit that it's a little too white for my liking, I like a softer off white look but it's absolutely beautiful! ❤️

I knew something was missing in my kitchen but once I hung this up on my windows it then it looked amazing! The texture is beautiful and looks hand-made! I've already gotten compliments about how beautiful it looks. If you are looking for that extra thing to bring your room together then I definitely recommend this.

It hung down all the way to the sill on the small kitchen window. But it works great in the bathroom! It gives the bathroom a whole new feel, very beachy and fun. It’s better against a non white wall, but that’s pretty true of any white valance. Overall, we are very happy with this product!

Not only did I find the grey rope used kind of boring, it hangs down too far on my window and is more of a boho curtain than a valance. Maybe just not my style and should have measured better...

When I went to hang it up the design must of had a flaw as it would not stay center. When I left and came back I notice about 10% of it was on the floor. I would not recommend this as it looks nothing like the photo. It also had a smelly odor to it.

I was a little unsure, however, of how it would end up looking in the context of the rest of my house, which isn’t all that boho in style. However, when I put it up I found that it somehow fit right in. It has an elegance to it that would suit many types of decor and not just a strictly boho theme. It is wonderfully made and feels and looks so high-quality. I will certainly be keeping it up for many years to come.

When I seen this I fell in love deep in my heart this is my stuff right here! I went for it and I'm so glad I did! I dont use this as a kitchen valance like it's supposed to be, I actually use it for my cube organizers!!! To cover my bins and I love love love this look! It actually worked out so perfect this way its gorgeous! I love the braids and the off white color it just vibes with everything! I love the boho designs they bring so much intrest and the designs are a piece to talk about. Seriously GORGEOUS!

My 3 year old has had a boho themed room with little animals since before she was born and this was just absolutely beautiful to hang on the wall above her teepee bed we built. It’s the perfect touch. It’s super well made, nice thick fabric and such well made! I’ll be purchasing the long curtains to go with it.
