[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely had fun with this. Was I also terrible at it? Yes. A few things to know: INSTRUCTIONS. Not great. They need to be simplified. How to use in my terms 1. LOAD PEN WITH SUGAR. Use included sugar pellets to load the pen. Ideally use the same color for consistency. The bag included is many colors so if you want to stay the same, you have to fish them out. Good luck. The sugar tastes terrible on its own for those curious lol. 2. PLUG IT IN and wait for light to turn. 3. HOLD DOWN BUTTON & GO. When it clicks change to the next sugar cartridge with slider on the back of the pen. It doesn’t actually get that hot on the end of it like you would think... definitely not like a hot glue gun. The sugar is obviously warm so you don’t want to touch it as it’s coming out but for the sake of testing I did (For science!!) and it actually didn’t feel hot at all for those worried about burns. The result? Really pretty sugar art actually I think! Not that my art is great but was really just fun to try. Takes barely any time to get used to and I bet you could easily make some cool stuff with this with a little bit of practice. Especially if you google templates or for what people are using for like 3-D art pens or even for sugar. Theres plenty of sugar to make a big project I would think! Adds more beauty than flavor. Would love to see flavors come out though!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the 3Doodler 3D Chef pen set from Influenster for my honest review. This 3D candy designing pen is really neat. It took me a while to get the hang of it , but I really like it. I can make fun designs to put on cupcakes or anything for that matter. I made a hot air balloon because my daughter loves them. It was easy to use and clean once I caught on. It was safe to use, and the designs are basically colored sugar. I recommend this, especially for artistic people.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an extremely fun product to test. We currently own the 3Doodler pen for creating projects and this was just as fun. This one actually makes candy that you can eat. It was very easy to use and I really like the safety features that this brand integrates so you don’t get burned. It was very easy to clean, and we were able to create some really fun treats. This would be an excellent item for older kids and adults.
