Q: so these are outdoor plants. it’s Summer, should i wait to take it outdoors in this 100 degree weather or wait till Fall?
submitted by bu8blicious - 2 years ago
A: It may be best to wait for the temperature to drop some, but they typically grow in partial shade and even full sun as long as it has regular watering. If you plan on planting into the ground, fall would be the best time.

Q: what are your guarantees that these will grow and survive the winter?
submitted by susan o - 7 years ago
A: We have no guarantees that it will grow and survive in the winter. Red Beauty is a zone 6-9 plant and we see no reason why it would not survive in those zones.
The reviews reflect a mix of experiences with the hydrangeas, highlighting issues with plant health upon arrival and discrepancies in expected colors. While some guests received healthy plants that adapted well to their environments, others faced disappointment with dried or diseased specimens. The overall sentiment suggests that while there are positive outcomes for some, the inconsistency in quality and appearance remains a concern for many guests.

The photo is very deceiving. Weather may have, could have played apart in the ill fate my 3 hydrangeas suffered and if so PLEASE DON'T SHIP OUT DAMAGED/DISEASED PLANTS!

Not red beauty
Last fall, I bought them without blooms. Now one of three plants starts to bloom. The color is not red at all but purple pink. I am so unhappy. Please return my money.

Deeply Disappointed
The plants I received were all dried up. I don't know if they will come up but I'm very disappointed that they don't remotely look like the healthy plans shown in the website.

Sweet Hydrangeas!
Arrived well packed, green and healthy. Small but well worth buying. I like buying small plants. I think they have a better chance adapting to my growing environment as opposed to a larger plant that is older and was grown in different location in country and then adapt to my location. Can’t wait to plant and watch them grow.
